Job Summary
Massage Retreat & Spa (MRS) Maple Grove Service Desk Advisor/Key Holder provides Best Experience Best Results through daily client service provided face to face, over the phone or through electronic communication. Primarily responsible for opening, closing and operating business of MRS including phone outreach and intake, client scheduling, rebooking, membership sales, while having complete knowledge of all service and products offered. Excellent computer skills and communication while promoting to clients and prospects that MRS Maple Grove is the place to belong. Focus of rebooking clients and promoting the purchasing of membership, retail products and session add-ons. Service Desk Advisor/Key Holder are eligible for advancement opportunities to management while earning rewarding commissions and competitive hourly pay. MRS offers a team-oriented environment with ongoing training for professional development.
Job Functions
- Outstanding professional appearance. Great computer skills
- Outstanding communication skills, ensuring clients are greeted immediately upon entering the spa
- Checking clients in for their service and assisting with any questions
- Rebooking clients and recommendation of membership and its values.
- Selling Healthy Saving Program Memberships
- Knowledge and efficient usage of computer software system
- Placing “warm” marketing phone calls to clients
- Calling clients to confirm appointments
- Ensuring the spa is clean for business at all times
- Assisting Spa Management as needed or upon request
- Opening and closing the spa as requested/scheduled
Minimum Requirement
- Previous retail and/or product sales experience
- Reliable Transportation
- Available days, evenings and weekends
Preferred Requirements
- Leadership experience in a retail or spa/salon environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to use the phone for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
